Meatless Monday: Corny Pasta


3 Mushrooms sliced
2 tea spoons Garlic
1 cup Frozen Corn
1/2 Can Tomato Pasta Sauce
100 grams pasta

1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions drain
2. While Pasta is cooking cook mushrooms and garlic on stove
3. Pour in pasta sauce and simmer
4. Pour in Frozen corn and simmer until corn is cooked through
5. Put Pasta into a bowl and pour sauce over top
Optional: sprinkle cheese on top
